The opportunity:
Earn 15% commission per month and per annum by securing large corporate advertising contracts for Qroople. Your primary objective is to sell national or international advertising space to national or international companies.

Job description:
Sell multimillion dollar contracts to a specialized market segment, such as lenders, banks, financial institutions, commercial companies, or any of the top real estate companies in your country.

Contact potential clients, make sales presentations, and maintain client accounts.

During sales calls:

Qroople brokers must be persuasive. In addition, they should listen to the client’s desires and concerns and recommend an appropriate advertising package. Communication skills are essential.

Initiative:
Must actively seek new clients, keep in touch with current clients, and expand their client base in order to meet our expectations.

Organizational skills:

They must be able to work with a large number of clients, each of whom may be at a different stage of the sales process. Qroople brokers must be well organized to keep track of their clients or potential clients.

Self-confidence:
Qroople brokers should be confident when calling potential clients (cold calls). Because potential clients are often unwilling to commit on the first call, brokers must often continue making sales calls, even if they are rejected at first.

Duties:
Locate and contact potential clients to offer them the "Qroople Real Estate Coupon" advertising opportunity.

Explain to clients how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.

Provide clients with cost estimates for advertising products or services.

Getting new accounts and spending much of your time traveling to and visiting prospective advertisers and maintaining relationships with current clients.

Work Schedule:
Full-time or part-time. Securing and maintaining contracts for Real Estate Qrooples to be advertised in print media, television, radio and on the internet in your country.

Qroople brokers typically have an interest in influencing, motivating, and selling to other people. They focus on working with information and processes to keep details arranged in orderly systems.

Remuneration:
15% commission is paid on a monthly and yearly basis for all contracts signed, maintained and secured by the contracted broker for Qroople (Pty) Ltd. For as long as you maintain the contract, you get paid.

These advertising contracts are large contracts of up to 10 million USD or more to be signed with Qroople (Pty) Ltd, our clients, and our brokers.
